Making An Appointment

Deposits are non refundable or transferable.

If you wish to move your appointment you will need to give 48 working hours notice, failure to give notice or attend your appointment will result in loss of your deposit, and you may be asked to pay part of the missed appointment.

Failure to pay any outstanding fees will mean you will not be able to book any future appointments.

I will hold your personal data for contacting purposes only.

Your data will be kept secure and will only be seen by meg luan.

Terms & conditions

By making an appointment you agree to the following:

You are not pregnant, potentially pregnant or nursing.

You do not suffer from any medical or skin conditions that may interfere with the tattoo or tattooing process.

That you will not attend any appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

That you acknowledge it is not reasonably possible for me (meg luan) to determine whether you may have an allergic reaction to the pigments or processes used in tattooing and also agree to accept the risk that such reaction is possible.

You agree to follow all aftercare instructions that are provided.

You acknowledge that an infection is a possible outcome of obtaining a tattoo, particularly in the event that you do not take the proper recommended aftercare of the tattoo.

I will allow up to 3 months for first touch ups at no cost to yourself as long as the following is not applicable:

• negligence & failure to follow aftercare

• naturally occurring fading

• The tattoo is older than 3 months

You realise and accept that variations in colour, shade and design may exist between any design selected by yourself once applied to your body.

You understand that Meg luan reserves all rights to any photos or videos taken of your tattoo or tattoo procedure and that they may be reproduced in electronic or print form and used within the public domain.

You acknowledge that a tattoo is a permanent change to your appearance.

To your knowledge you do not have any physical or mental impairment or disability which may affect your decision to have a tattoo and you have truthfully represented that obtaining a tattoo is your choice alone.

You can confirm you are over the age of eighteen and consent to the application of the tattoo and any action or conduct that is necessary to perform the tattoo procedure.

You acknowledge by consenting to these terms and conditions, and booking an appointment with Meg Luan that you agree in entirety with the above, and assume any and all responsibility for your decision in booking and obtaining a tattoo. Furthermore that you have been given the full opportunity to ask any and all questions which you may have regarding having a tattoo.
